Bylaws

Bylaws govern our community as a whole and can only be amended by providing notice and gaining a majority vote of the association. The current version of the Country Club Villas Homeowners Association, Inc. (CCV HOA) bylaws were reviewed and adopted in May 2024.

Rules and Regulations

Rules and regulations provide a framework of agreed upon standards members of the association must uphold and follow. The CCV HOA Board works diligently to help maintain a pleasant and safe community for all members. Members are encouraged to review the CCV HOA Rules and Regulations as amended in March 2016.

Covenants and Restrictions

As a member of the Killearn Homes Association (KHA), Country Club Villas - Unit 30 also maintains a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions as required by Florida Statute. A copy is on file with the Leon County Clerk of Courts and with KHA.
